Closers Only Apparel started in Louisville, Kentucky, with a simple problem: every real estate shirt out there was written by someone who has never walked a house with a seller.
I'm Kevin. I'm a licensed agent and an active investor. I flip, I wholesale, I list. I've heard "it just needs paint" more times than I can count, and I've stood outside a lockbox that would not open while a buyer watched.
So I started making shirts about the stuff we actually deal with. The deals that fall apart at the closing table. The inspection report that reads like a horror novel. The seller who is "very motivated" until you make an offer.
Every design is something you will recognize if you are in the business, and something everyone else will ask you about.
